Refund & Cancellation Protocol

1.0 The Zero-Refund Architecture

SOWRegistry operates as an instantaneous, immutable execution ledger. When the Target Node (Client) processes the ₹299.00 INR execution fee via the Razorpay gateway, the system immediately generates a cryptographic hash, routes data via external APIs (WhatsApp/SMTP), and permanently locks the database entry.

> Due to the instantaneous consumption of server resources and third-party API costs upon execution, all transactions are strictly non-refundable.

2.0 Scope of the Execution Fee

The ₹299.00 INR fee strictly covers the technological routing, cryptographic hashing, and generation of the immutable PDF artifact.

SOWRegistry does not charge for, nor take a percentage of, the underlying Project Value established between the Originator and Target nodes. Therefore, if the project is cancelled, delayed, or disputed between the two parties after execution, the SOWRegistry execution fee remains non-refundable.

3.0 Protocol Exceptions

The only exception to this zero-refund protocol is a catastrophic system failure where the fee is captured by the gateway, but the system fails to generate the immutable PDF or ledger entry. In such extreme edge cases, nodes must submit a diagnostic request to the system administrators within 48 hours of the failed transaction.
